Missing your newsletter?

It’s often filed as spam or promotions by mistake.

Fixing Missing Palmetto Pipes Emails

If you’re not seeing our monthly newsletter, it’s almost always because your email provider filed it as spam or promotions — not because you’re unsubscribed. Search your inbox for (loading…) and follow the steps for your provider below.

Gmail
  1. Search from:(loading…) in the Gmail search bar.
  2. If it’s in Spam or Promotions, open the email.
  3. Click “Not spam” (if in Spam), or drag it into the Primary tab (if in Promotions).
  4. Optional: click the three-dot menu → “Add (loading…) to Contacts list” to help future issues land in your inbox.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live
  1. Check your Junk Email folder for an email from (loading…).
  2. Right-click the message and choose “Not Junk” (or “Report → Not junk”).
  3. Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email, and add (loading…) to your Safe senders list.
Yahoo Mail
  1. Check the Spam folder for (loading…).
  2. Select the email and click “Not Spam” at the top of the screen.
  3. Add (loading…) to your Yahoo Contacts so future emails are trusted.
Apple Mail (iCloud)
  1. Check the Junk mailbox for (loading…).
  2. Select the message, then choose Message → Move to → Inbox (or click “Not Junk” if shown).
  3. Add the sender to Contacts in the Mail or Contacts app.
