Keith put it simply on air: Derek Bell has never been to Charleston, and he doesn’t think he’ll ever be back. That’s not a sales pitch — that’s just the reality of how rare this is.

He also shared the story behind why the Bells are here at all. Oliver Bell — Justin’s son and Derek’s grandson — is graduating from The Citadel. A California kid who ended up at one of the country’s most storied military colleges, and now heading into watchmaking. Keith’s words on air: “I’ve never met a Citadel graduate who worked for a watch manufacturer.” Oliver will be at the event and will personally introduce his father and grandfather on stage.

Justin Bell recorded a message for the club as well — and said it best himself: “When Dad and I get together, it’s kind of our own race to see who can outdo each other with tales of bravery and great driving. He normally wins, by the way.”

Tickets start at $195 and include the full food and bar program. The VIP happy hour from 5:00 to 6:00 is limited to around 30 guests for an intimate hour with the Bells before the main doors open.
