These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Palmetto Region – PCA website and our text messaging program. Our Privacy Policy is on a separate page and explains how we handle your personal information.
Acceptable Usage – PCA Community
We encourage open dialogue within the Palmetto Region – PCA Community but ask that you do so in a manner that is professional and respectful of each member’s ideas and opinions. Flaming and profanity will not be tolerated.
Do not upload any photos that are copyrighted, inappropriate, violent, or include suggestive behavior. Violation of these terms will result in the photo being deleted, membership to the community site deactivated/banned or complete removal of your PCA membership.

Program description. By opting in on our website, you agree to receive recurring customer care text messages from Palmetto Region – PCA, Inc. related to your participation in the club and its events. Messages are sent from our dedicated number.
Consent. Opting in is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of club membership, event registration, or any purchase. You can opt in only by completing the SMS opt-in form on this website:.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. [Optional: up to X messages per month.]
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sponsors. We will not send text messages promoting sponsors or business partners.
