Please join us for our annual Myrtle Beach Oktoberfest Rally Weekend on October 18^th and 19^th! Our headquarters for this event will once again be the beautiful oceanfront Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. 

Weekend Overview: 

The main daytime event on Saturday is the Gimmick Rally starting at Noon at the hotel. For those of you not familiar with that term, a Gimmick Rally is intended to be a low key, fun event suitable for anyone regardless of previous rally experience. The event is not timed and does not involve the use of stop watches. A trophy will be awarded to our rally winners during dinner that evening. After the rally we'll have a social hour in our hospitality suite including  appetizers, beer and wine.

In keeping with the time of the year and our shared love of German cars, on Saturday night we will all be bused from the hotel to a local German restaurant called Horst Gasthaus for an Oktoberfest Dinner. The Horst is a great spot with authentic German food, a casual atmosphere and live German music. The restaurant owner is setting up a separate area for our group and is even providing us with our own huge keg of special Oktoberfest beer that will be served at no additional charge to you.

After "sleeping in" a bit on Sunday, we will have breakfast together at the Hilton (included in your registration) before heading home.

This event is always a great time that you don't want to miss. We think it's also a great deal at only $78 per person, $68 for age 13 and under (plus the room cost). The cost includes the rally and awards, tee-shirt, happy hours appetizers and drinks, dinner with transportation, and breakfast. Space is limited so register now!
