The Low Country Tour starts at the Mount Pleasant C&C (Town Centre) departing at 10 am. So get there earlier if you want to check out the C&C cars! The caravan leaving at 10 am will go from Town Centre across the IOP Connector and south to Fort Moultrie on Sullivan's Island. There will be a free guided tour starting at 10:30 am beginning at the Visitor's Center (limited to 30 members by the Park Service). There is ample off street parking at the Visitor's Center. The Fort Moultrie Tour will end approximately 11:30 at which point, the group will drive 5 miles to The Refuge on IOP (1517 Palm Blvd) for lunch at noon and door prizes. RSVP on the Facebook page.
